At the start of the month Volkswagen premiered the advert for its all-new Arteon model. Through a clever creative concept, the ad focuses on the sculptural beauty of the car, including its aerodynamic contours and a striking rear design. In case you missed it have a look now.

Polaroid Originals: Relaunching a Classic

It’s almost 10 years since Polaroid ceased production of its instant camera. However, this month, Impossible Project (a company set up by three Polaroid camera fans who bought the last instant film factory) launched a new brand - Polaroid Originals – celebrating the real, tangible photograph, in an era totally dominated by all things digital.

Immersing Audiences Through a Sense of Smell

Somerset House has just played host to Perfume – A Journey Through Contemporary Scent, an exhibition featuring 10 key scents from the past 20 years. We all know how certain scents can evoke memories and trigger emotions, and this show is designed to do just that. Each scent has its own room in the exhibition, dedicated to telling its story through multi-sensory and immersive experiences.

Top Five Pavilions at World Expo 2017

World Expo 2017, which took place is Astana, Kazakhstan, came to a close earlier this month. In his article Andy Sexton, one of the judges on the panel for the Expo 2017 Awards, reviews five pavilions that stood out from the rest, and what made each experience so powerful for visitors. His highlights include the UK pavilion, with its unique combination of sound and animation, and Turkey’s offer, the only pavilion that extended its installation beyond the boundaries of the structure.

Tree of Ténéré lights up Burning Man 2017

Burning Man 2017, a festival brought to life by those that attended, debuted the Tree of Ténéré, an installation that lit up the skies with 25000 LED leaves. This amazing artwork, inspired by a solitary magical tree that grew in a remote part of the Sahara, provided shade, a place to climb and a meeting point for festival goers to gather.
